TEAM UPDATES

At the Etihad, Enzo Maresca is sticking to a largely unchanged Manchester City lineup from their recent victory over Crystal Palace. Starters include Antoine Semenyo, Erling Haaland, and Rayan Cherki.

In unfortunate news, Nico O’Reilly suffered an injury during warm-ups, paving the way for Enzo Fernandez to debut for the club. Another notable change sees deadline-day signing Iliman Ndiaye stepping in for the benched Phil Foden.

Coventry City’s lineup reflects some tactical shifts, with manager Frank Lampard opting for a back five. Ethan Pinnock and Frank Onyeka replace Caleb Yirenkyi and Loum Tchaouna in this strategic adjustment.

Down south at the Amex Stadium, Brighton manager Fabian Hurzeler is forced into a change as Mats Wieffer is sidelined due to injury, making room for Yasin Ayari.

Daniel Farke is similarly adjusting Leeds United's roster, with Joe Rodon out with a hamstring injury. New faces Nico Elvedi, Ao Tanaka, and returning player Gabriel Gudmundsson have received starting positions, while Brenden Aaronson and Jaka Bijol drop to the bench.

In the west London encounter, Dango Ouattara is starting for Brentford in place of Jaidon Anthony, as Sunderland’s Regis le Bris introduces Kevin Danso for his center-back debut, replacing Trai Hume.

Nottingham Forest is handing Liam Delap his full debut against Tottenham, while Daniel Munoz has been included on the bench following his transfer to Forest.

Savio also earns his first start for Brighton as Roberto De Zerbi elevates the Brazilian winger, alongside Destiny Udogie and Conor Gallagher in the starting lineup. Meanwhile, players including Archie Gray, Andrew Robertson, and Mateus Fernandes will be on the bench.

At Fulham, Shea Charles steps in for Sander Berge, while Crystal Palace sees the integration of summer signings Axel Disasi and Quinten Timber into their starting eleven, coming in for Jorgen Strand Larsen and Takehiro Tomiyasu.
